According to “White paper on quantum secure communication technology”formChina Communications Standards Association（CCSA）, quantum secure communication can be used to protect the security of government and enterprise private network infrastructure and services. Enterprises or government agencies typically require providing high levels of confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity for communications services, and requiring mandatory adoption of dedicated security systems. Currently, we will authenticate and encrypt the traffic between data centers and branches base on secure virtual private network (VPN) technologies in IPSec or TLS. And the link encryption machine combined with QKD can be combined with these technologies to meet the needs of information encryption between various sites in the enterprise network.

Our company has designed a solution of "hierarchical security, moderate security, fragmented management and controllable interoperability " for government applications, supporting step by step through the corresponding backbone link, MAN, LAN, consolidating with network infrastructure in facility deployment, combining with users’ business management mode in the quantum key resource management and use, supporting the safe transmission of public security, taxation, justice and civil affairs data,etc. This solution has been used in Hefei, Jinan, Wuhan, Haikou, Guiyang and other government departments.
